Castle 7.01 “Driven” - spoiler post

stanakaticbrasil:

Per request, my spoiler post for 7.01 “Driven”. Let me just remind you all, it’s a spoiler post. It has spoilers. It might spoil something for you. S.p.o.i.l.e.r.s. So read it at your own risk, and don’t come complaining afterwards that I spoiled something for you. ¬¬

I tried not to post anything that would actually ruin the episode/parts of the episode for anyone. It’s more teasers, and confirmations of something we might’ve suspected before. But I’m assuming you’ve been keeping up with all the spoilers going around (including those posted by fans on locations and such).

You know cousin Violet came to me, told me to marry you…but i couldn’t accept. Lavinia sacrifice with her life, the children, her future and then give her the brush off when i was well again, well, i couldn’t, could i? However much i might want to.

#you are my stick #CREYS #we were a show that flopped#CREYS #OH GOD MARY #sexual creys #u g h these two

Perhaps the best scene. I can’t decide between this, the train station, the proposal, and George’s birth. Oh, there are too many to choose from. Acting in this scene deserved an Emmy for both.

two totally different messages are being conveyed on their faces. You can see how much mary truly loves mattew and you can see how much matthew regrets leaving her. This is truly flawless love

- If you couldn’t stand me when we first met, tell me this: why couldn’t you keep your hands off me?

- What are you even talking about?

- Oh, you know what I’m talking about.

This is what she missed; this is what she needed. She stared at his face— yes, his ruggedly handsome face, as he liked to point out— and thought about the art of his laughter . Rook’s laughter may have been his greatest gift to her, keeping her sane by banishing earnestness and lightening her up when she needed it most. Which was most of the time.
